We Build Charging Destinations

Our not-so Secret Winning Formula

EV First

EV infrastructure has relied on a set of pre-existing conditions to scale: commercial plazas with spare parking in close proximity to utility feeders with spare capacity. This has resulted in the Charging Networks we know today, where user experience is compromised in pursuit of opportunistic network development.

But many of the areas with the highest demand for charging can’t provide it.

That’s where we come in.

By building EV-First from the ground up, we are able to deploy large scale infrastructure investments where they are needed most. We do this by starting with identifying high impact areas with critical charging needs and the available power to match. Then, we acquire land and redevelop it as a purpose built Charging Destination – a site that promotes high utilization and designed for maximum throughput.

Our Process

The EV-First Blueprint

Data Driven Site Acquisition

We start with power, not parcels. Our team screens markets by utility capacity, traffic flow, EV density, and identify competitive gaps to isolate locations where high-power charging scales. Only sites with verifiable grid feasibility and long-term demand curves progress to acquisition.

Integrated Development

We design each property as an EV-first site from day one. Electrical infrastructure, circulation, and amenity zones are planned together, keeping deployment costs low without compromises. The result is a scalable, future-proofed real estate asset, catered specifically to the future of mobility.

Elevated Charging Experiences

We obsess over every detail to create high quality Charging Destinations - not just stalls in a parking lot. Indoor and outdoor spaces specifically designed for localized charging dwell times deliver a charging experience that tomorrow’s EV drivers will go out of their way for.
